Self-Enrollment for myHealthLink

Self-enrollment is available for all Central Maine Healthcare patients who are age 18 or older. By accessing the myHealthLink, which is an online portal, you will be able to, schedule certain appointments, view your medical information and connect with your health care team. Please be sure that your PCP office has your email information listed; without it, the registration system will not recognize you and will not know where to send your records to.
